Refunds and Returns
At Hempsmith our customer’s satisfaction is out top priority. If you aren’t satisfied in any way with your purchase please contact us and we’ll make it right.
If you are not satisfied and would like a refund, you can contact us within 30 days to arrange for a return and refund.
If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will ship you a new product and a self addressed envelope to return the damaged or defective product.
If something goes wrong with your Hempsmith item within a year, please contact us and we’ll replace the item for you.
