Refunds and Returns

At Hempsmith our customer’s satisfaction is out top priority. If you aren’t satisfied in any way with your purchase please contact us and we’ll make it right.

  • If you are not satisfied and would like a refund, you can contact us within 30 days to arrange for a return and refund.

  • If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will ship you a new product and a self addressed envelope to return the damaged or defective product.

  • If something goes wrong with your Hempsmith item within a year, please contact us and we’ll replace the item for you.
